Elevated cortisol levels, triggered by stress, can lead to weight gain and disrupted sleep patterns. Furthermore, stress is directly linked to heart disease and stroke, emphasizing the urgency of managing and, ideally, removing stress from our bodies.

Completing my first Sound Therapy certification over six years ago, I delved into studies that underscored the efficacy of Sound Healing in stress reduction.
