- Login to the Aurras website
- In your account portal, click on the ‘Subscriptions’ menu to the left.
- On the subscription page, you’ll see your subscriptions. To the right of your paid subscription you’ll see three vertical dots. Click that and choose ‘cancel’ to cancel your subscription. Or choose ‘pause’ to pause billing. You cannot restart a cancelled subscription. So consider pausing instead.
