Sound & Stillness Ceremony: The Life That Has Loved You

The Life That Has Loved You
Recognizing the Ways Love Has Found You
We often think about love in terms of the people we love, the care we give, and the relationships we have nurtured. But what happens when we turn that perspective around and notice the ways love has found us? It may have come through someone who believed in us when we needed it, a friend who stayed, an animal who adored us, a place where we felt completely at home, or a small kindness offered at exactly the right moment. Some expressions of love change the direction of our lives. Others are so quiet we may not recognize their significance until years later.
The Life That Has Loved You is a sound bath, guided meditation and ceremony inviting you to reconnect with the many ways you have been cared for, encouraged, welcomed, protected, delighted in, and accompanied throughout your life. Through intentional sound, frequency, and reflection, rather than searching for particular memories, you’ll be invited to let them find you—perhaps remembering people, places, moments, and experiences you haven’t thought about in years. This is an opportunity to receive again what was given, to recognize how those experiences may still live within you, and to discover just how many times, and in how many forms, love has found its way to you. This is a deliberately small container to allow connection.
