In this 30-minute live sound bath, Dorothy uses crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to work directly with the nervous system’s mental layer. Steady, resonant frequencies help quiet the noise, support clearer thinking, and create the internal stillness that decision fatigue keeps out of reach.

This is Week 2 of the April Monday Reset series — a progressive monthly arc. Each session builds on the last, moving you from awareness through release, regulation, and integration over the course of the month.

What to expect:

• A brief welcome focused on the week’s theme: releasing mental overload

• Guided breathwork and body scan to begin downshifting mental activity

• 15 minutes of live sound immersion targeting overthinking and cognitive tension

• A closing reflection and one grounding intention to carry into the week
