Monday Reset — Week 4: Sunday Night Dread / Week-Ahead Anxiety
For anticipatory stress before the week begins.
You know the feeling. Sunday afternoon shifts. The mental rehearsals start. The week ahead begins to feel heavy before it’s even arrived.
Sunday night dread — and its Monday morning echo — is one of the most common forms of anticipatory stress. The nervous system begins bracing for what hasn’t happened yet, robbing you of rest, presence, and the steady start you actually need.
This session is designed to interrupt that pattern. Using the resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Dorothy guides you into a state of grounded presence — not by avoiding what’s coming, but by returning to steadiness inside of it.
This is Week 4 of the April Monday Reset series — the Integration phase. After three weeks of awareness, release, and regulation, this session is where it all lands. The nervous system begins to recognize this return to center as its new normal.
What to expect:
• A brief welcome acknowledging the transition from weekend to week
• Guided breathwork to interrupt the anticipatory stress response
• 15 minutes of live sound immersion to restore a grounded baseline
• A closing intention designed to carry clarity and steadiness into the full week ahead
You don’t have to dread Monday. This is how you start to change that.
