Monday Reset — Week 3: The Tight Shoulders & Clenched Jaw Reset

This session is designed for the body that holds stress in familiar places: the jaw, the shoulders, the chest, the belly. When stress becomes chronic, the body encodes it. Monday Reset Week 3 works directly with those physical holding patterns using the vibrational frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
You’ll lie still while Dorothy plays a sequence specifically designed to help the body soften — not through effort or force, but through resonance. Sound bypasses the thinking mind and works at the physiological level, helping the nervous system release what it’s been holding.
This is Week 3 of the April Monday Reset series. In the monthly arc, this session corresponds to the Regulation phase — where the body learns to let go, not just during the session, but over time.
